6.1 Instructor Requirements

To become an Instructor, you must:

  • Hold valid professional credentials in your field
  • Submit proof of qualifications for verification
  • Maintain current licensure (where applicable)
  • Comply with all applicable medical education standards

6.2 Content Submission Guidelines

Instructors agree to:

  • Ensure all content is accurate and evidence-based
  • Disclose any conflicts of interest
  • Obtain necessary permissions for third-party materials
  • Meet all accreditation requirements

6.3 Quality Assurance

All instructor content undergoes:

  • Medical accuracy review
  • Pedagogical effectiveness evaluation

6.4 Revenue Sharing

  • Instructors receive and agreed percentage of net course revenue
  • Payments processed monthly via approved methods
  • Minimum payout threshold of KSh 1,000
  • A 20% administrative fee retained by Med Skill Hub

6.5 Intellectual Property

  • Instructors retain copyright to original course materials for twenty four (24) months
  • Grant Med Skill Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and distribute content
  • Responsible for securing rights to any third-party materials

6.6 Instructor Conduct

Instructors must not:

  • Misrepresent qualifications or expertise
  • Plagiarize or violate copyright laws
  • Engage in unethical promotion of products/services
  • Discriminate against any learners

7.1 General Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent professional credentials
  • Share account access with others
  • Use automated systems to access Services
  • Violate any applicable laws

7.2 Content Usage

  • Course materials are for personal educational use only
  • No commercial redistribution without express permission
  • No modification or creation of derivative works
